Stacy was great to work with in purchasing our condo in North Myrtle Beach. She has an extensive knowledge of the real estate market in the Grand Strand area and was able to guide us to the best choice for our investment purchase. She is an expert in the process of purchasing real estate, including the steps involved in choosing the best property for our needs, making the offer, negotiations, working with the lender to put together a loan package, and working with the attorney to get to closing. Stacy is hard working with many deals going on, but she treated us like we were the only client that she had. She was available to show us multiple properties and was available every time we had questions or needed help. She puts the needs of the client first. When there was an issue with the lender that could kill the deal, she brought in another lender immediately which, I feel, helped the first lender resolve their issue quickly. I can't say enough about the great job Stacy did in helping us with our purchase experience. She was a real estate professional when we met her, and now a good friend of the family.

Stacy’s expertise in the Myrtle Beach area was quite evident from our first meeting. Being an out of state buyer, required finding a realtor that is knowledgeable and passionate about the area. Stacy detailed the market trend to predict the perfect time to purchase my home. She took the time to understand my preferences and previewed homes for me since I was from out of town. Stacy demonstrated excellent problem-solving during home inspection and her reliability was crucial during the closing stages, ensuring a smooth settlement.
